THEOSOPHY LONDON CENTRE |
Welcome to the site for the London Centre of the ULT.
It's said that Theosophy is only for those who are looking for it and who sense that there is more to life than meets the eye, more than just simple stimulation of the senses or some transitory fame - it's for those who wish to know what it is to live up to mankind's full potential in all its variety, wisdom and compassion.
Those seekers after truth - where ever they are - are warmly welcomed to this site, and we hope that what is offered here may offer a few clues to help them rediscover that ancient and noble path to the higher life.

THE BIG QUESTIONS |
The big questions in science, philosophy and religion have seldom been as relevant to man's progress as they are today. Society is increasingly drawn between increasing materialism on one hand and religious fundamentalism on the other, and in the midst of all this we are seeing some fundamental changes in man's understanding about the nature of the Universe.
So you are invited to come to discuss these issues, and if you are new to theosophical thought, come with an open mind and be prepared to listen to new paradigms, but which is only Ancient Wisdom for our times.
The method of study used at the ULT is in depth reading and debate of both classic writings from the world's sacred traditions and also the modern theosophical literature of Mme Blavatsky and William Judge. Group study and individual reading allows each one to find their own field of interest at a pace that suits them. Continued study of these esoteric teachings is a deeply rewarding practice, as has been proven by many who make it a life time's association.
